Tina has been with the firm’s immigration practice group since February 2010. She specializes in representing high-volume, multinational employers with all aspects of U.S. business immigration including nonimmigrant, immigrant, and compliance-related matters. She assists employers with developing comprehensive immigration policies and practices to ensure they remain competitive in the industry. She has extensive experience structuring, implementing, and overseeing high-volume PERM programs with a focus on compliance. She has managed O-1 and EB-1 petitions for high-profile financial services, technology, and business professionals and complex Requests for Evidence/Audits from various government agencies. She regularly advises employers on the immigration aspects of RIFs, M&A, and Divestitures including aligning immigration programs and policies after acquisition.

Tina regularly provides trainings and presentations to in-house counsel, HR, recruiters, global mobility specialists, and foreign national employees across a broad spectrum of immigration topics.
