Corey counsels and defends employers in a wide range of litigation matters arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and Wisconsin Fair Employment Act; and with respect to restrictive covenant and other employment agreements.

Corey’s clients benefit from his diverse employment law experience—as a neutral investigator, on behalf of employee-plaintiffs, and defending and advising management. Before attending law school, Corey investigated workplace discrimination claims for the State of Wisconsin Equal Rights Division. During law school at the University of Wisconsin, he clerked for a Milwaukee-area employee-side labor and employment firm and received honors for his employment law coursework and writings. Corey has obtained successful judgments and resolutions on behalf of employers in administrative, trial, appellate, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

In his free time, Corey enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, travel, and volunteer pursuits including his service on the board of the Grand Avenue Club, an organization that supports adults experiencing mental illness.
