Scott Crawford practices in the Austin office of Ogletree Deakins. He has a broad range of experience in employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant visa petitions, immigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waivers. His nonimmigrant experience focuses on the H-1B, E, L, O, and TN categories. His immigrant experience focuses on PERM labor certifications, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, and EB-1 immigrant petitions. He has worked with a wide variety of companies, ranging from multinational corporations, including Fortune 500 companies in the technology industry, to smaller, locally-based companies and regional hospitals.
