Danielle focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling employers in all areas of federal and state employment law, including compliance with Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, and various state laws and common law theories.  Danielle’s litigation practice focuses on defending employers in single- and multi-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation cases and actions involving claims of breach of restrictive covenants, tortious interference, unfair competition, breach of duty of loyalty, or trade secret misappropriation. With a strong aptitude for interpreting statutory and regulatory frameworks, contracts, and various legal documents, Danielle equips her clients with the necessary tools and insights to effectively manage their workforce.

Before joining private practice, Danielle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn J. Horan of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. This role afforded her substantial experience in drafting legal memoranda, with a specialized focus on labor, employment, and constitutional law issues. Her clerkship provided her with a unique vantage point in legal research, analysis, and writing, which she now leverages to benefit her clients.

During her time in law school, Danielle distinguished herself as the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 58 of the Duquesne Law Review. Under her leadership, the Law Review successfully published two issues amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her role in managing a 60-person student organization honed her skills in time management, leadership, and communication. Additionally, Danielle contributed to the 2023 and 2024 editions of the Federal Civil Rules Handbook and authored, “Saving the Electronic Person from Digital Assault: The Case for More Robust Protections over Our Electronic Medical Records,” published in the Duquesne Law Review.
