Heba has extensive experience drafting and preparing requests for evidence (RFE) responses, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, PERM Labor Certification Applications, and I-485 applications.
Prior to joining Ogletree’s Immigration practice group, Heba worked for a top-tier immigration law firm in Atlanta where she prepared a variety of immigration matters for Fortune 500 companies.
