Tiffany Coburn

Tiffany Coburn is an associate in the Tampa office of Ogletree Deakins, where she is a member of the Immigration practice group. Her practice is focused on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visas; PERM Labor Certifications and EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions; and EB-1 Extraordinary Ability/Multinational Manager immigrant petitions. Tiffany primarily represents domestic and multinational corporate clients in pursuit of immigration solutions that would facilitate the hiring and retention of foreign nationals in the United States. She advises on immigration-related compliance issues, manages preventative I-9 audits, and represents companies in government audits and investigations.

Tiffany has a broad base of immigration experience and is uniquely qualified to provide strategic advice on the full range of employment and family-based immigration options. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Tiffany primarily represented individuals and handled matters relating to complex family-based immigration, naturalization, immigration consequences of criminal activity, and removal defense. During her time at Stetson University School of Law, Tiffany participated in the Immigration Law Clinic where she assisted with humanitarian relief, such as, VAWA, U Nonimmigrant Status, trafficking, and asylum. Additionally, Tiffany served as a Judicial Intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review in Orlando, Florida.

Tiffany is pleased to provide legal services in Spanish upon request. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys traveling with her family, reading, and taking in all the beauty and activity that Florida has to offer.
